Late October came with incessant downpours that drowned even the pretence of infrastructure in this city. And then we, the dreamers stood up to be counted.
We waited 3 hours in the clogged "Highways" to reach our offices.
We worked even when our children failed to reach home at the usual time.
We stood our ground when our feet got wet.
